What to include

To get you a useful answer quickly, it helps enormously if you mention:

• the email address on your Quantora account;
• the project and drawing name, if the question is about a specific analysis;
• the BOQ line item and what you expected the quantity to be, if you think something is wrong;
• a screenshot, where it is easier to show than to describe.

Reporting a wrong quantity

This is the most valuable message you can send us. Quantora shows a confidence score and the reasoning behind each line, so if a number looks wrong, tell us which item and what it should be. We investigate every report, and they directly improve the engineering rules the platform uses.

Billing and refunds

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record. You can contact us directly at the address above for any billing question, and we will resolve it with Paddle on your behalf. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the details.
